After constant requests for an all vegetarian dinner, we thought “What are we waiting for?”Although our dining club has deep roots with our passion for the outdoors, wild game, and fine meat, we also eagerly look forward to the fruit and vegetable harvests that speak to, and evoke the true essence of seasonality. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience in seasonal cooking. Thank you for pushing us to expand our creativity. We love our dining community.
